Horrible company to work with. We were told God told them to work with us. After the feel good moment, they manipulated contracts to get as much money out of us as possible. We had a real estate attorney look at the contracts and were advised not to work with this company under the contracts they wrote. We did not listen because we thought it would be so short term. It was short term and after three months we no longer have to deal with them. However we will be making additional payments on our home for the next 6 years. We are literally out thousands of dollars. My advise, pay the few hundred dollars for a real estate attorney to review everything and if they say walk away, DO. There are plenty of homes out there!

I just visited the VIP Homes at Yellow Rose Ranch and was very impressed! The Sales Associate, Sam Hewson, was very personable and helpful with showing me all of the different modifications that could be made to create a home that was customized to my needs. The model homes were beautifully designed and the development is in a great central location in Gilbert.

I had an awesome experience with Sam Hewson at Yellow Rose Ranch in Gilbert. He was great to show how energy efficient, personalized and custom VIP homes are, even making modifications to floor plans to meet our needs and desires. His friendly and positive personality is a pleasure to work with.

My best friend is designing her dream house using this company and she's had only wonderful experiences! They've worked with her at every turn and it's so fun to see how excited she is for her family's soon-to-be beautiful home! ❤

Loved our experience touring the model homes at the Yellow Rose Ranch location. The sales associate Sam Hewson was fantastic! He was so accommodating with our two little kids that were with us. He literally made us feel right at home. The homes were beautiful and such an awesome location!

I visited the VIP model homes at Lindsay and Elliott a couple weeks ago. The models look very nice. A lot of attention to details. They are very nice homes. Sam, the salesman, was very helpful and informative.

I went to VIP at the recommendation of a friend. I wanted a custom home built on my lot. The salesman belittled me for wanting 2x6 construction and excellent insulation and other amenities I expect from a custom home. It was as if I was a stupid child expecting something unrealistic. There wasn't even a friendly conversation to begin with. Maybe his dog died. But, a potential customer doesn't deserve to be treated like that. A complete stranger doesn't deserve that. I strongly recommended people look elsewhere for a custom home.

Nothing but problems, now after 2 years our bathtub just leaked thru our ceiling nice..
Plus a ton more problems not fixed correctly.. We gave upgot tired of fighting the contractors, VIP doesn't care once the deal is done.
