Their services are not as professional as other dealerships (sometimes forget to call or service takes days longer and still have to wait for completion when pickup was promised). As an old customer there is reason to negotiate prices for parts and services though. Had to return recently to have an imperfect job to be redone.

Excellent experience at this dealership. The staff are extremely friendly and do not pressure you. Had a very nice and friendly experience and the folks here really care. We worked with Keith Roldan, who was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable a bout the vehicle I was interested. The information he provided me with was so straight forward that I was able to make a decision with confidence. All aspects of the sale from the first greeting by Keith Roldan to the leasing was wonderful.

Can honestly say that the team at Teddy Volkswagen made our car purchase a complete pleasure. As soon as we walked in the door Doug Lee and Shaun Riley welcomed us and made us feel like old friends.
We picked out our model and color choice, worked out an unbelieveable price, and before we knew it we were driving home with the new car.
Great experience. Would strongly recommend this dealership!

Just bought a car here. Completely patient, transparent and aggressive to get my business. I seriously almost gave the guy we bought the car from, Doug Lee, a hug. Hands down the most pleasant experience I've ever had w/ a dealership. Took me an hour to get here by subway, so I was afraid this was a perfect opportunity to abuse my trust. But nope - straight shooters. We had done the entire deal by phone, email and text so they had the car ready for me. I was out in an hour with everything done exactly as promised.

When this dealership wants you to re-sign for another lease with Teddy Volkswagen they PROMISE you the world, PLEASE make sure that when they offer you those promises, you get them in WRITING, the service department likes to say that they are different from the SALES department and therefore if you have nothing in writing they cannot honor it for you. They also promised us an oil change then when we came in to have them honor it they through these stipulations that yet again sales didn't not inform us of. This is place doesn't look to take care of their customers once they have your money and your under contract., but before you sign on that dotted line be sure you get all the perks sales department is offering in writing because the first thing services department will tell is that unless you have it in writing they cannot honor it. It's an elaborate manner they go about getting to feel that they are giving all these free little perks but in all honesty is scheme to get you to sign.
