Waited 4 hrs in line to lodge a passport application - staff are incompetent, very rude & basically don't care. Customer service is terrible. Don't be in here any more than you need to be.

Never come here for a passport on Saturday. The line moves once every 30 minutes and they close at 2:00 no matter how many people are still waiting. This place should just be bulldozed to the ground.

Do NOT wait in line for the automated machines if you want insurance or tracking. The computers don't offer it even though they say they do. Workers hate their lives more than at other post offices.
