Long lines because most people know nothing about thier mailing. They buy stamps like they're in Zales.

This was the WORST experience at a Post Office ever! The postal man rude, screaming at me, said I was confused..excuse me I am getting stampsDon't go to this PO! Its the worst in Manhattan.

Be patient, the world doesnt revolve around you. Be respectful, you may receive the same respect. Be kind, everyone is fighting a tough battle. Employ these mantras & your next visit may not be so bad

Treat the employees with kindness and they will treat you the same way back. I give them cookies several times a year.

The line is approx 40 people long right now. It might be worth it to go private and pay more. Such better customer service!

There were long lines, similar to every other post office I've been to in NY. Unlike many of the reviews I've read though, the staff were polite and helpful while the customers were rude & impatient.

Lame that they removed the window for parcel and hold mail pick up. The two self service stations in its place might help shorten the regular line, but lockers for po box users would have been better.
