From purchase to installation, as anxious as we were, the pool was installed in a timely manner. We had to wait to finally wait for warmer weather to use it. The staff is very professional and will assist with all questions. We are working on our decking for the pool and will certainly high light the pool we had purchased.

We've used this pool store since we bought our home 4 yrs ago. Always greeted like family when we enter. Very knowledgeable and give great service.

The first time I was in there, learning about my new pool, they were so helpful & friendly. They actually communicate, lol. Even tho, its really not funny. Most businesses these days, human beings don't talk. Not even a hello. They look at you like what you can do for them. Thanks for being communicative and taking the time US-1 Pools!

Fantastic service and very nice friendly staff. You can tell that they care about every aspect of owning and taking care of your pool. They have been walking me through every step of caring for my first pool and they have never steered me wrong. I look forward to having their expert advice in caring for our pool. I give them 10 stars.
