The staff was friendly and professional. They got me in, for stitches, in a reasonable amount of time. The nurse, and Doctor, were informative and so friendly. They explained everything they were doing and that helped to relax me. Great all around experience!

There's usually quite a wait, but it's usually when waiting for results. The last time it was a wait for the doctor to even come in.
The receptionist's I've had, so far are really nice.

Went to the urgent care earlier this week with severe abdominal pain. I didn't have insurance and figured this was the most economical way for me to figure out what was wrong. The receptionist was coughing throughout my registration, while there was a sign next to me with hand sanitizer and face masks, telling patients to wear one if they have a cough. The pain was so terrible I couldn't sit, my pacing seemed to irritate the staff and they closed the door to the hallway. When I got into see the doctor I let him know of a history of gallbladder issues and he assured me that my pain was in the wrong spot. Told me to get mylanta and sent me on my way. This was my vacation week and I continued with our plans thinking the doctor was right. The pain continued and I ended up in the ER in Michigan. I had severe swelling of the gallbladder and large gallstones. I had the operation yesterday at Cameron and am doing much better. Cameron hospital was great, I just wouldn't go to urgent care for anything more than a cough. I really hate to complain, I just feel I didn't get any sound advice or care.
