Let's start with the lady that doesn't know what teeth she had to work on and was doing the wrong one,I asked her if she was doing the right one ,and she got up to sheck the exray and she apologized for not knowing, she is like 50 most likely of Indian nationality. And know they refuse to reschedule me for my 6 month cleaning visit, I have called but no answer, they canceled my visit and refused to answer my call smh,just cause I pointed out the obvious that she didn't know what she was doing.

Cancelled my appt with in 3 days by text. I understand the staffing may be an issue but to have my dental health pushed back by another month inconvenient, borderline negligent. I could have been trying to find new dentists. May edit if an appt can be rescheduled in a timely manner.

I've been going to Uptown Family Dentistry for years. 2022 has been my worst experience with them, I had an appointment and instead of them calling me to cancel my appointment like professionals are trained to dothey texted me stating that they were short staffed. that may have been the case. I politely called to reschedule and again my appointment was pushed a month back I called yesterday 2-23-22 to cancel my appointment due to a last minute emergency trip however, I'm due to come back by the 1st of March. I called the office to see if my slot was still available and the same unprofessional receptionist stated that the slot was already filled. Once again as a business or maybe the receptionist did nothing to accommodate me so disappointing. I mentioned to the receptionist that it's time to find another dentist that receptionist said ok no problem. I'm very disappointed with the lack of accommodation and horrible experience this year

Dr. David a great dentist who made me my experience that much better.I've been coming here for years and I must say this is the best quality staff that I've ever seen. And not only are they friendly but professional and do excellent work. I went originally 1 month ago for a cleaning Dr David seen that I had a cavity and prioritized this immediately not only did he fill the tooth but the one next to it and made it look gorgeous as if I never had any work done . Then today he completed an extraction that otherwise would have needed to be surgically removed in a matter of 10 minutes. Hats off to Dr.David and his team at uptown family dentistry!!!

I was told I needed a deep cleaning but my insurance didn't cover it. So they didn't do anything. No monthly payment options discussed. Nothing. It was just "oh your insurance doesn't cover it" and immediately stopped working on me. I'm never going back here again. I rather travel far than come here. I got the impression that they're only there for your money. They don't care about your health. It's all business with them. If you still want to get your teeth done by them, just be sure you have money in hand or a credit/debit card. Otherwise they'll be real quick to stop and send you on your way.
