We lost our Jake 4 months ago. I am late reviewing . Wendy and the staff were very nice. We came in Christmas Eve morning after an ice storm. This was a very hard loss for my husband and I. Our boy was only 5 1/2. We were pleased with our choice. And I would highly recommend Forever Faithful.

This was my first experience losing a pet. The staff at Forever Faithful was amazing. They truly are the most professional and caring staff I have ever met. I was surprised at how empathetic they were to losing our family dog Lady. The whole process was so much less stressful because they handled everything.

During such a difficult time it was comforting to know that my beloved pet was in excellent hands with Forever Faithful. Their compassion, empathy, kindness and professionalism was outstanding!! I was introduced to the staff (all were equally amazing) that would be handling the cremation process and walked me through every step of the way! Their kindness during a heartbreaking time was needed and very much appreciated. It’s very comforting to know my girl was treated with the greatest care and respect on her send off.
Also the turnaround time in bringing her home was incredible!!

I lost my dog of almost 15 years due to her health, and I chose to have her cremated so she can be with me always. This was my first time having a pet cremated, and I was afraid of the people who are cremating my Luna wouldn't care about her or just think of her as a another animal to cremate. I didn't even trust that the ashes I would receive would be only Luna's. I decided the day that Luna crossed the rainbow bridge that I would not be leaving Luna at my vets office for their own services, but go through forever faithful instead. I was recommended by a friend who went through the Baltimore Humane Society for her deceased pet and had a very peaceful and lovely experience. BHS gave all my information to Forever Faithful to make things easy for me since it was my last day with my Luna. I got there and I instantly knew they would take good care of Luna and all my fears and reservations about the staff taking care of Luna just melted away. I was able to pass of my Luna to Jordan and Wendy was able to talk me through the process and assured me Luna will be back with me the day after. Its hard to put into words the kindness they expressed and their sympathy, but it truly made me feel at peace that she was in such good hands and with people who treat her like my family like she was. I would absolutely recommend Forever Faithful to anyone.
