The maintenance staff is helpful, timely, and friendly and it's a great place to live If you don't have to interact with the office staff. Going through the office to request maintenance, is always a hassle, so I avoid contacting them if possible. The "communication" from the incompetent office staff to maintenance is inefficient and often incorrect, which causes a lot of unnecessary frustration for us - the residents.

Furthermore, if you have an discourteous neighbor, you'll have to live with it or, pay the fee to transfer to another townhouse, because they'll never be evicted as long as they pay their rent.

The rent is cheap and you get what you pay for.

I have lived here for 10 years this November. I've never had a problem with maintenance. The grounds are always well kept and snow is removed in a timely manner. My hot water heater went out the first week I moved in. It was fixed with a new one within hours. I had to call after hours one time, maintenance showed up in minutes.

Some reviewers state this complex is like a ghetto. That has not been my experience. Maybe diversity means ghetto to those people.

Living here was the best move I made. I feel safe; management enforces the by-laws to make sure everyone who lives here feels welcome and is respectful to neighbors.
