This is a warning for any home builder to not use this company. They claim to be an insurance broker for builder's risk. After you put a down payment, they slip into the fine print that the down payment is a "service fee" that is non-refundable. We gave them an $800 down payment and made three payments of $167.50 for three months. During that time, the carrier they worked with kept sending me emails telling me they were canceling my policy because I didn't send them pictures of fire extinguishers (on a house that wasn't built yet). I called to cancel the policy, and they said it would take 45 days! They finally sent me $200.00, stating the rest was non-refundable. DO NOT USE this company, they are scammers.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company through these last years. The representatives are patient and helped me find a coverage for our framing business. We were able to get a competitive price instantly even though we are not from the area! I will recommend them to anyone who wants good prices plus fast professional service.

I needed a specific commercial insurance for my store in Austin, TX. Talked with Phil who was able to provide me with a policy coverage that meets all of my requirements, plus he’s always there if i have any questions. It’s great to find people that really do their effort to help and i would recommend him 100%.

The worst. Do not get insurance here! They charge more because they find insurance and then every 6 month up it by at least $30 for no reason, no changes, nothing. When you question it or attempt to cancel they are rude and disrespectful. I called other companies and got a $200 better deal on my own without them, you pay them a fee to help, don’t do it.

I am a small business owner and was having issues with my previous commercial insurance broker, thankfully Andrea, George and Nicole saved me. I am so happy with their efficiency and such great customer service. They made my life easier with all my business policy's needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good insurance agency.
