The location around the hotel is beautiful, but the hotel was worn down and very unkempt. People lived there and I felt like we were going to fall through the floor.

I checked in during the mid-evening of Sat., Aug/5/2017. There was only one room left, a suite, but since I was alone, the clerk let me have it at a slight discount. The University Inn is a vintage property that is kept clean and well maintained. The grounds were recently mowed and manicured and there was no litter on grounds. Likewise, the room was clean and everything was in order. I looked thoroughly through the room and found nothing amiss. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to friends and plan to stay there again myself, if travel takes me to Angola. Conveniently adjacent to Timbers Restaurant

It was nice. The on cite manager did her best to make us happy. The manager was good too they accommodated most of the things we needed. The only thing i have bad to say is the comforteres were a little warn. The matnice guy was pretty quick to get something taking care of. I didnt mind it had i not had a conflict with a person there. I would have stayed. The prices were good.

Parking lot needs work done it's patchy in places. Other then that the rooms are OK and it's not that expensive to stay the night. Overall if u just needed a place to stay for the night this wouldn't be a bad place.

This place is a joke they don't clean your room like they're supposed to the on site manger calls the cops and lies and complain about everything they have bed bugs in there rooms there is alot of drug users in that live there full-time people fighting and arguing all the time they let dogs use the bathroom outside everywhere and don't clean up after them I would not recommend anyone stay here there pictures are very different then what they're rooms are like your water freezes all the time when it's cold the beds are discusting there is alot of old men that try and talk to little girls and get them to play with them very unsafe place

I called and ask if they had a room for a week they said yes .so my husband and I went there and ask for the room.the lady said you had to put $50 down first so we can make sure there's a room and she said then we call you. Then a week later someone i knew didn't have to put $50 down for that same room. My guess is if you dont look like you have money they lie to you.

A great place to help with a fresh start. Weekly rooms at a price that won't make you stuck for life. The maids, and other employees are very friendly.

It was pretty great. I had a very awesome time and spent a lot of time looking at stuff. Also I had I had fun looking around and the services were not that bad. It was all good and great.
