Very enjoyable stay. We have a family Christmas here every year. Lots of fun. They have a half basketball court, swimming pool, kiddy pool, hot tube, amazing breakfast in the morning, and much more. The staff was amazing as well.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, clean rooms and a really good breakfast! The pool and hot tub were so beautiful but we didn't get a chance to use them.

The room we choose was large. Was disappointed there was no desk for setting. 2 different areas with sinks, only 1 bar of soap for 2 sinks. Double room, only 1 luggage rack. Chairs in room were stained.
Wasn't overly thrilled.
Breakfast was a 3 out of 5.

I was very disappointed because my mom and I come twice a year. We were on the 3rd floor and we had kids running and screaming all night. I came to get away from my neighbors I live with in my apartment. I wanted to go swimming but the kids took over it and played in the jacuzzi like it was a second swimming pool. The TV and air conditioner was horrible, channels didn’t change. Air conditioner was set on their time, no tables for laptop use. What happened to you ? Kids should be automatically be on the 1st floor because parents don’t know how to parent. Front desk could care less, finding a new hotel.

I stayed here one night while in the area for a Notre Dame football game and I can't really complain about any aspect of my stay. While the service wasn't stellar, the room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to have a fridge in the room. The WiFi wasn't very fast, but there could be a few different reasons for that. Overall, I would recommend the Inn for an overnight stay.

Was staying at hotel with a large wedding party. There was a lot of miscommunication amongst staff. Was very professional to have the cleaning people bugging us asking us how much longer we would be for them to clean the room.

I very much and greatly enjoyed my stay with you and look forward to many more return visits there our room was clean well-kept spacious and the next time I come I would like to have the exact same one and the breakfast before we left on Sunday was fabulous

Another great stay at the Farmstead Inn! Their breakfast is phenomenal! Very clean accommodations. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, it is in a central location, not too far from any of the attractions in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and thier complimentary breakfast had an excellent selection (and really great fresh fruit!). Overall I rate it at 5 stars, and will be back again the next time I need to be in the area.

Very comfortable, clean rooms, beautiful grounds for walking and relaxing. Very nice pool and jacuzzi and lots of places to sit and relax in the pool area. The breakfast is fantastic, have stayed at other places here but hands down this is the best!! This will always be my first choice and I have been staying here since it opened. Thank you for making me feel at home.

This is a nice hotel, well cared for property. The rooms are large, even their standard double queen rooms. The hotel is really kept up. The beds are very comfortable. Heat lamps in the bathroom makes taking a shower great in the winter. Breakfast is your standard hotel quality.

Spent the night at the Farmstead and found it to be perfect. The room was clean and well appointed and the whole area was extremely quiet. The breakfast was substantial, with cold cereal, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and bacon, toast, pancakes, muffins and juices. We will probably stay there again when we come back in warmer weather!

My family and I stayed for a few days in January. The room was very nice and simple. The service was exceptional and the cleanliness was mesmerizing. I have stayed here since I was a small child, and I would do it again in an instant. It is an easy distance from most attractions within the area. Everyone should stay here!

My family and I come here every year and we always have a wonderful time. The gym is so great for family games of basketball, and we love the large breakfast area for playing board games in the evening. Everyone is accommodating and very nice.

One of the very best experiences my husband and I have ever had.
Where to begin. First of all, a very beautiful and comfortable place to stay, with the most friendly and caring staff. Room was very clean and roomy. The hotel decor included several areas with comfy couches offering a relaxing place to sit and read. The 'inclusive' breakfast bar consisted of fresh fruit, 3 kinds of cereal, and several choices of yogurt. In addition, there was biscuits and gravy, sausage or ham and
scrambled eggs. Want more??? There was several kinds of mini muffins, breads for toast, English muffins
a pancake machine and a waffle machine, which makes incredible mini malted waffles that are to die for!!! Incredible way to start your day served from 6 am- 10 am
There's a great pool and jacuzzi that seats approximately 10-12 people. Great place to relax and meet folks.
I never wanted to leave. The facility is directly across the street from flea market, so you can either walk or across or,if you'd rather park in lot, get free parking pass. I could go on and on.
Can't wait to visit again.
