My favorite place to be in Wilmington.Barr none!!!
My family and I attended Unity of Wilmington prior to relocating to Colorado Springs, Colorado, a couple of years ago, just prior to Richard's passing. We were tremendously moved by Richard and Maureen's lives. Each in their own way added a dimension to our lives that was missing for a long time. They personified everything we desired in a spiritual community.
Here we are, two years later, attending a mega church in Colorado, and, still, contemplating his life, and their Ministry. Within the past 18 months I have said goodbyes to three family members, whom I knew from the beginning of their lives. I'm not sure that I'm any smarter today. But, I do know that "Wisdom" has come with a price.
I'm guessing I know less and less as my Ego has kicked and screamed to stay Alive in this chaotic world; and that's OK. As a favorite teacher of mine has professed, I still have "All" my neurosis in tact, but they don't own my Soul. I allow them to visit from time to time, embracing past parts of "Me", and then, as quickly as they arrive, I allow them to gently leave.
Richard , "YOU" walked the talk
Till that dayFarewell !
Home. Love. Happiness. Possibilities. Kindness. Acceptance.
We look forward to every Sunday!
I love the energy and love that flows through this group of people. It is amazing. I felt like I belonged there the first time I went to service. The lessons of life and love are so on point . I can honestly say that my spirit has been uplifted! Love love love love this gathering of beautiful people! Namaste
