I have been a healthcare professional working in palliative and hospice care for over 14 years. Without exception Unity Hospice puts patient care as their only priority. They are quick to respond and go all in and over and above to do all that is possible to make this time in life the best experience that can be expected. Their professional and experienced staff will provide the utmost in compassionate holistic care to all involved in the patient care experience.

While at MD Anderson we were referred to a company that just “didn’t feel right”. They were pushy and aggressive. So, my wife and I decided to make some calls and do some research. The reviews were enough when combined with my intuition to choose Unity. By the time it came to choosing a hospice company, my love was already unable to assist in that choice. I know based on her interactions with nurse Barb & Beverly, that we made a great choice.

We felt supported the entire journey. With medications, comfort, supplies, everything. More important, the staff were caring, loving and kind. Even though they must have been exhausted (we’re in Galveston) they never let it show. They were nothing but care and love.

My love is gone now and they stayed and supported us through texts and more. Im sure if you choose Unity, you will be very happy you did. I know my love is happy we did.

As my Mothers’ Cancer was spreading to an irreversible prognosis. Hospice selection become inevitable. Unity Hospice concern, empathy and compassion made the choice so clear while supporting my religious beliefs and families concerns.
I highly recommend Unity Hospice for compassionate and empathetic hospice care for their loved ones.

I have the wonderful privilege and benefit of working for Unity in the Chicagoland office currently and I could not imagine working for another hospice company. I have witnessed the care, compassion and responsiveness of our amazing team firsthand and I am so proud to be amongst them. We absolutely take the best care of our patients.
