Would not recommend working here because management does not care at all if you are being bullied by other employees. Management will also make sly comments about you and be fake to your face. I also, would NOT recommend putting your loved ones here. They hire people that will not give your family the time a day, just sit around and gossip and sleep on the clock. Then it was reported to management that the morning shift was not giving the residents their medication and management Carla did not do anything. Also the entire building is FILLED WITH ROACHES EVERYWHERE INCLUDING THE KITCHEN. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have more to say but this mainly sums it up.
Morada is THE PLACE for my family as they age. The staff is very attentive, as well as accommodating. This is a beautiful property with a great staff
While it is difficult to entrust the care of my Dad to others, we know it is best for him. Morada's services are overall as advertised but the real jewel is the heart they put into their work. It is above and beyond what can only be purchased. Judy Cox Jackson
My mother-in-law has been a resident of Morada for almost 6 years. In that time she’s had loving care & we feel assured that she’s completely safe & are notified in a timely manner when she’s had falls. You can tell the staff truly care about the residents. I know my mother-in-law loves the staff. We’re so happy with Morada that when my parents said they were ready to move - they wanted to go there!
If your loved ones are unable to be at home alone this is a wonderful place for them to live. They still fell like they are independent, but the staff are watchful, helpful and treat the residents like they are family. The activities are are fun and interactive. The meals are served either in their rooms if they prefer or in a dining room that feels like a first class resturant. I have seen and experienced this first hand. Visit Morada, you and your loved one won't be disappointed!
