Jamie from Rock Mortgage is a rockstar! He's been a huge help to a lot of my clients in order for them to get into their new homes. He's communicative from beginning to end and is very proactive in getting ahead of any issues before they arise. Whether it's day or night and I need to call him, he'll be there to answer if not he makes sure to get back to me. Couldn't ask for a better lender.

My wife and I had a dream of buying a house in a particular area near Houston that is particularly difficult to get into and Rock Mortgage made it come true, we are eternally grateful for everything they did for us. They are truly remarkable, they made all the experience stress free, and they took care of everything. Eduardo, Jamie, Christian and the rest of the team where always on their heels answering all of our questions and providing the best rates & opportunities. That’s why it’s our second time we finance with Rock Mortgage.

My wife and I went with Rock Mortgage on the recommendation of our realtor. Mr. Torres and Mr. Rezzik handled the various stages of the process, and both of them were very informative and helpful. They made sure that we were kept up to speed with the non-stop inundation of paperwork and deadlines so that we were ready to close on time. While I am relieved to finally be done with all the work of preparing for a home purchase, these gentlemen made sure that everything went off without a hitch!

There are no words to describe how happy we are with the World Class Customer Service received from Rock Mortgage.
Although Rock Mortgage has tons of clients and is expanding the company to other states—They somehow make you feel like you are their only client. I simply do not know how they do it.
Eduardo Adame and the entire Rock Mortgage team are honest, reliable, and good-hearted people. There are no false promises with them. Eduardo and his team go above and beyond to achieve what is needed. He is not just a mortgage broker; he is everything else, kind, concerned, committed, and trustworthy. He will cheer you up every time you feel down and get the job done! This is our second mortgage (2007 & 2022) with him. Each time we had unique situations when we reached out to him. Both responses were the same "Send me everything you got and I will review it and let you know what my team and I can do." Without him and his dynasty of dedicated team members, we wouldn't have been able to get our new mortgage and our dream home. Eduardo's company name, "Rock" Mortgage, fits him and his team well. They are Solid and Steady!

My wife and I just closed on our house on 3/21/22. Jamie Ayala was our loan officer, he was on top of everything from the first moment, which made me feel that I was in good hands. All forms were completed ahead of time and if they needed a document, they were quick to inform me of it. The best part is he was always available to answer my questions and walk me through any concern. Full transparency in everything they do. I highly recommend Rock Mortgage and Jamie Ayala in particular.
