  I had a flat roof leak that was slowly getting worse and worse until I finally made up my mind to fix it. I called a few companies to give me estimates and all the companies just give me estimates but only one of them, USDR, offered some other solutions. Ended up having my insurance company pay for all of the repairs, a true blessing. Long story short is that this company will present you with all of the facts and all of the options that are possible for your situation. They won’t just show up and give you an estimate like all the other companies.

  I had my home (flat roof adobe style pueblo with parapet walls.) ,mY roof was leaking and I filed the insurance claim / hired USDR to be my contractors and they met the adjuster at the inspection and was able to work with my insurance to get a brand new roof for just my deductible. Outstanding . I didn't even realize my roof was so damaged. Call them you will not regret it.

  I can’t express enough how amazing this roofing & restoration company is. These guys are absolutely Amazing at their job. I had a property insurance claim for hail damage and I was getting completely shut down by my insurance company for weeks. USDR was understanding and they were actually angry with my insurance company for how they had been handling my claim. They were very eager to help me and that’s exactly what they did.
  
  USDR records EVERY phone call with the insurance companies and sends a copy of the recorded phone call to us immediately after the call. I LOVED THAT. I was able to hear exactly what was said so I could be 100% up to date. When I listened to the recordings I was so happy I chose USDR as my roofing company. In the phone calls between USDR and my adjuster it was so obvious that USDR is just on another level. They were so skilled, intelligent and strategic with their approach that my insurance company had no choice but to agree with them.
  
  After USDR got my roof replacement approved the insurance company started trying to lowball my payment and tried to pay me only 18,000 but USDR wasn’t letting them get by with any mistakes and they held them FULLY ACCOUNTABLE for what I was owed. Long story short, my insurance company went from denying my roofing claim to paying me 18,000. Then they sent me revised paperwork showing corrections for some of the items they missed which increased my claim to 31,000. Haha and finally when USDR was finished with them, they had fixed every error and I got my actual payout that I should’ve had in the beginning. USDR got me 63,000 by the end of the process.
  
  YOU MUST GIVE THESE GUYS A SHOT TO HELP YOU. I never really leave reviews but I had to on this one. Unbelievable service and skills with these guys.

  Amazing Roofing & Restoration Contracting Company! A Very Professional team of Experienced Contractors did an amazing job with my Roof Repairs & Interior Water Damage from the last hailstorm that came through our town. Best Local Roofing Contractors around here, for sure!!! Thanks USDR! 😊

  My small business suffered through a pretty serious storm a few months ago. Hail and wind damaged our roof and rainwater actually made its way inside and damaged the building and some of our products awaiting shipment. The list of Roofing Contractors in my area is quite long, but thankfully we ended up with USDR. The whole experience was so easy, and I couldn't have been happier with the level of communication from USDR. The claim process could have been a little easier, but I think that had more to do with my insurance company than USDR, and after that was settled, the repairs only took three days. Not too bad when there was roofing damage, drywall, painting, and moving and working around several tons of merchandise and equipment. Overall, you should definitely call USDR and I give them 5 stars.
