An agent from this company, Jessie Faulkner, has been calling customers of my company and attempting to defraud them in an effort to win their business. She is falsely claiming that she represents united healthcare (not united insurance group) and is attempting to have senior citizens cancel and dispute services they currently use and rely on.
HR at Boost Health Insurance is petty and cruel. Told them about my development of a health condition and my needing to get insurance. A week later termed for no real reason with not a single corrective action or write up. I sent equipment back same day as was asked and was then told they sent my release request to release me over to United Insurance Group - Brokerage out of 1150 Corporate Office Dr # 220, Milford, MI 48381 and their parent company who is LTC Global, Inc. Out of 6201 Presidential Ct, Fort Myers, FL 33919. I wrote them an email this week asking for my immediate release and was told they never got it from Boost. Soooo someone is not only lying but being extremely petty and vindictive. All because I needed insurance as someone who sells it to others for a health condition. Crooked and malicious but karma will handle it. Thankfully I have my licensing in healthcare to fall back on that's still active. No one is returning my calls or emails now either and still do not have my release after almost 2 weeks.
Doesn’t respond when trying to get a release. Stopping me from making a living
This has got to be thee absolute worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. First the system is so automated that there is absolutely no way to contact for a general question unless your are an agent, broker or policy holder. I called their regional office here in Cleveland to simply leave a message for an agent to contact us regarding an death. The person on the phone proceeded to say that the agent rarely comes in or checks messages and that her cell number was best. Understandably, so. I wanted to leave a message just in case. After all, the insurance that we are paying for was in the event of a death. So in this event of the death, there was no one who could assist us in a professional manner. I was able to leave my name and number with the local office after she and I exchanged terse tones over simply leaving a message. I was not asking when or if she came to the office. I wanted to leave a message, just in case.
I would recommend that you call the insurance company as if the service was actually needed to see what happens in real life before doing business with this company. They have 35 years in the business, however it comes across as very sterile with very little tact for human involvement.
