  Ryan, Whitney, and the team at Tawas Bay Insurance have been so helpful to my husband and I over the past year with our homeowner's, auto, and business insurance policies. They always take the time to walk us through anything that we don't understand and their response time is great whenever we need assistance. Highly recommend!

  After a critical review, the agent I talked to reached out to me and offered to help me get things figured out. After my dad's passing, I've had to contact so many places who have told me to figure things out on my own and get back to them, so I'm grateful to finally come across a place that actually wants to help me and make sure my mom is okay.

  I was working with Jennifer to quote business property and liability insurance. She was an excellent resource and I would highly recommended. We ended up getting a better rate elsewhere but her willingness to help me understand the insurance coverages and requirements was above and beyond.
