Very Rude, when I went to ask a question about something I needed at the front desk, the guy didn't even ask for my name and just told me that what I needed wasn't ready that he had just looked! This guy didn't even know who I was and didn't ask for any of my info! I definitely do not recommend this hosp.ital to anyone go to hiawasse or blue ridge. Anywhere but this hospital.

The labor and delivery staff are absolutely incredible! I don’t think you can find better people that truly care about babies. We were treated extremely well and had a wonderful experience.

I am leaving a 5 star review on behalf of the angel who took such good care of me during my stay here, my nurse, Lisa.
She was beyond attentive to me. Kept up with me. Brought me little “cocktails” of broth and ice chips because she knew it was soothing for me. Just, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my lengthy hospital stay. She was the small snippet of happiness I needed to keep my spirits up and I genuinely looked forward to her coming in to check in on me. Wonderful, kind, empathetic woman who I am beyond lucky I had the pleasure of meeting and being in her charge.

I have said a lot of bad things about doctors and nurses in the past few years, but my recent experience at Union General changed my mind. Dr. Travis Albright and the staff in the ER were amazing to me. I'm so thankful for them.

Had a good friend who was seeing the wound care specialist at union General and his wound was severe and infection spread to his blood stream. The nurse assured us that he needed to check into the hospital to avoid amputation and possibly death but my friend is a business owner and needed couple hours to handle preparations for his business to keep running while he was in the hospital for few weeks. The doctor wasn't pleased but said everything needed to be checked in would be sent to the ER to allow for a fast check in. I called the ER and spoke to the absolute most hateful and unhelpful woman to ever walk the face of the earth. This is life and death and this lady could care less. I am reporting her tomorrow and hope this woman is removed from dealing with the public and especially one's facing life or death.
