They are crooks, it's -5 stars. Deceiving from the very beginning. 176 a month, and they don't pay for anything. I'm trying to cancel the insurance policy now and nobody's picking up, looks like they blocked my number after learning that I want to cancel. Total scam.

Exactly what I was looking for! They're really a nice group of folks who got rid of all the confusion I had about insurance and medicare. I had no idea where to start or what to think about, and they made it really simple!

Please everyone for your own good run away from this place. run very far away. I have been paying $142 for this insurance for more than 6 months now. i need to go to the dentist and i called them to know what my policy was and they were telling me they only pay $50 for any accident and sickness visit. for only 5 visits in a year. so they can only pay $250 FOR A WHOLE YEAR. while I PAY THEM $1704 for a whole year. what d HACK!!!!. THIEVES !!!! Stealing people's money. when I first enrolled they lied to me that whey were insurance company. IT WAS ALL LIEEEEEES. THEY ONLY PROVIDE 15% DISCOUNT, SO THEY SAY, I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THAT IS EVEN TRUE. Please my people, its on you to decide if you wnt to go with them or not. As for me I'M OUTTA HERE!!!! FOR REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow this company is horrible. They are a SCAM. Don't spend your money here. They have agents that will call u and tell u that this is a great plan to be on. I was sick went to the hospital only to find out they only pay 50 dollars on the bill. They sold me benifits that were completely different then the ones I got. I called their customer service and they basically said that I signed and that I am not entitled to a refund because it's been over there 30 refund period. I feel cheated and don't know how this company is able to get away with what they do when people are just trying to get the coverage they pay for. I'm filing a claim with the division of insurance and hopefully get some justice. I've learned my lesson but it was sure an expensive one.

is a gotcha. . They give you coverage percentages and they convince you that it is a good option, but in the end, if you are only going, they will cover $ 50. Be careful not to be fooled.

Bills from last May are still not being paid. (It is now mid-January.) I have learned that the company they hired to scan in the bills was not doing so. Apparently, they were just throwing them out. Over 20 calls to customer service (a misnomer for sure) with no resolution and none in sight. THEY JUST DON'T CARE! And, you cannot reach anyone at their main number in Kansas; they just kick you back to "customer service" which nothing will get done.

Biggest rip off. Enrolled thru a third party and was under the impression my 5 months old son's vaccinations would be covered under the Affordable Care Act while waiting for insurance from new employer to begin. When they weren't I called to receive an explanation and was abruptly and rudely told they "weren't part of that" and hung up on. Paid $750 for three months for them to cover $50 worth of services. Cheaper to be without insurance. Don't waste your money!

I purchased health insurance from Unified Life Insurance Company from a third party provider. When I got sick and needed to go to the ER, I was unable to get a hold of anyone on the weekend and their website was not helpful at all. In fact it said I didn't have insurance just a benefit plan. When I got a hold of someone on Monday they gave me a different story. They did not cover any of my ER visit bill. I promptly found insurance through another provider and canceled my insurance. They would not cancel as of the day I requested either, and refused to refund me. Do not go through this provider!!!!
