I'm not the most active at these reviews but I can't see them ever being a 1 star. Sometimes a little busy but I have used their valves, strainers, sight glasses and more never had an issue. Only real lead time issue was a discontinued valve they brought back just for our project. It was late but how many manufactures would do that?
