Hired by my daughter for her case. They will only take your money and do nothing to help you in court. The attorney simply worthless during a custody hearing simply sat there and smiled not offering anything. Of course, she lost not only $3,000 dollars but also the case. We should have reported them to the Board. Do not ever use these people!

Everything is explained in great detail. If you have a question you never wait more than a day to get a call back. There is a lot of paper work on your part. Make sure you have all your personal information complete and in front of you to fill out any and all questions asked by the Underwood Law Offices. Don't give up no matter how long it takes. Uderwood Law Office will be there for you till the end.

My husband and I would highly recommend Underwood Law Office. We had the pleasure of working with Natalie Hall. She was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end and was willing to go above and beyond to help us. We could not have ask for better assistance with our case and her diligent work got us the results we were hoping for. I also loved their portal for their clients where you can check the status of your case, upload paper needed for your case and communicate with them. It made the whole process so much more convenient. We feel so very blessed to have found this law office and will definitely use them again if the need arises. If you are in need of excellent law services this is the firm for you!

Very confident in my lawyer and staffs.ability to accomplish the goal of my ongoing law suit. I think they could all improve their empathy for the client and learn to listen better, they made me feel rushed and upset; they also knew it at as I was crying and upset at the intake session, so my first impression was not good. Now if they win my case, I will just be thankful for that!

Underwood Law Offices has been incredibly helpful to me, as I was involved in a horrible car accident in 2012. I originally had obtained another lawyer but after speaking with Mark Underwood as a friend, he noticed that something wasn't normal with my speech patterns and encouraged me to be tested for a possible brain injury. His suspicions were correct. I was already unsatisfied with the attorney as i hadn't seen him since he brought papers for me to sign for representation, so I asked Mark if he would consider representing me since it was clear to me that his concerns were for my personal well being. Patrick Stevens was highly recommended to me by a close friend in my time of need. I am so pleased with the kind, courteous service I received from him. Mr. Stevens was very understanding of my situation . He was so knowledgeable of the law's pertaining to my case. He always made sure that I understood everything that was going on, answered any questions I had himself and never passed me off to an assistant. Working with Natalie Hall at Underwood Law Office was an excellent experience. She was extremely helpful and caring about the situation and knowledge about what was necessary for my case. I would go to Underwood Law Office for any legal concerns I ever have in the future and would feel comfortable with the work Natalie and Mark Underwood do with their clients. Amazing firm.

In 2005 I was diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder that caused me severe long-standing chronic pain, nausea, and high blood pressure. It was so disheartening to not be able to work that it was a difficult thing for me to ask for help from an attorney. Natalie and Mark always treated me with the utmost respect. They understood that the process was difficult and they could see that I was making every effort to do what was right for my family. Natalie Taylor Hall is an extremely efficient, professional and intelligent representative who I would not hesitate to contact again. But more than that, she puts her heart into her clients' needs, and supports them through a difficult process. I would recommend her to anyone who needs honest, compassionate, and exceptional representation.
