  We went to MIley Legal Group, because we felt we were getting nowhere with the agent from Hartford Insurance to determine if we had a case where we were hit in the rear of our car while sitting at a red light in Parkersburg, because we didn’t go to the emergency room on the day of the accident, and Doug Miley took our case, and we were well pleased with the settlement he got for my husband. The people which worked on his case were very friendly and considerate of our situation. They worked really hard to get his case settled in a short amount of time.

  Tim & Doug Miley, has helped my family in need several times throughout the past 10 years or more. The Miley legal group has always ensured that myself and family are treated ethically, and with the upmost professionalism. Recently I was in a an ATV accident Doug ensured that he would make it as stress free as possible. He did just as he said. Made sure that all my medical bills was paid. Highly recommended the Miley legal group for any injury case.
  My grandmother was in a terrible accident shortly after my accident. Doug made the process so stessless and most importantly put my grandmother's mind at ease.
  On any of cases the group has handled for my family. Always gave us upfront time frames, ensured medical expenses was paid, ethically handled each case as if we was apart of the family.
  If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would.

  My husband, Michael Fry used Keith Gould to help with an accident when a truck pushed him off the road. Keith was attentive, thorough, respectful & expedient. We would highly recommend Keith if you want an awesome attorney who has your back.

  Lee and I did not have a will and needed a will at seventy years of age. We approached a large national firm at a recommendation of a friend, and decided after our intital phone conversations and receipt of a mailed contract to sign and request for down payment that the large firm was not a good match for us.
  We already had a hand written will that we had done on our own, and knew that our request was simple, and uncomplicated.
  I spoke to my brother who recommended that I needed to find an attorney that would meet the qualifications of a friend. Someone I could trust. Someone that would have our best interests at heart and someone who recognized the importance of what we needed. That person is Tim Miley!

  I met Keith Gould within a few days of sustaining an injury. Keith's quick response and professionalism was outstanding!
  Keith and Nicole treated me with great respect and kept me informed throughout the duration of my case.
  I was always made to feel my case and me personally were of the utmost importance and they truly cared for my well being.
  In the end my case was settled successfully out of court. I feel truly blessed to have them as my legal team, and consider them lifelong friends!
