I love everything about Ulla, the selection, the staff, ( Alia and Margot especially!), the specials, the location at Hilldale Mall, everything! I have bought several pairs here and walk away happy every time. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also willing to help me pick out frames that look good with my features and they also incorporate my personality in with the styles. These opticians know their stuff and excel in their jobs!

Ive been coming to Ulla for my glasses since i had to give up my contact lenses more than 15 years ago. Ive gotten i think 4 or 5 frames over those years and have loved everyone of them. They are high quality with as much or as little edge as you want. This last experience was the best ever. Everyone who helped me during my decision process was super. Very Helpful, patient and knowledgable. They are a wonderful company with a heart, supporting causes and organizations important to them. Thank you Ulla!

I love shopping at Ulla! Yes, they are expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. I really appreciate the time and effort the staff put into helping me pick my frames. They are all extremely knowledgeable and offer great feedback. I've purchased 4 frames from them over the years and they are all still in great shape. I receive compliments on my glasses all the time and people often notice the little extra touches the frames have from a fun pop of color to an extra twisty on the nose piece. I have one pair made from wood and people really comment on how cool the wood grains looks. I am a small business owner and I really love supporting other small businesses in the area. I wouldn't consider going any place else for my glasses!

I’ve been wearing cheap glasses my whole life. This year I thought to myself I’m going to invest in my glasses. Ulla Eyewear is the place to go for unique frames that you can wear everyday. I love my frames so much and will be going back to get another pair!

I've been into 4 or 5 eye wear stores and I just wasn't feeling it. Ulla had the best selection and the person I dealt with just seemed so much more knowledgeable and professional than those at other stores. She presented some nice options in terms of price, too.

I have been using glasses and lenses for a long time and have been in different stores for my eyes. I really like to share my experience with Ulla. This store was the most unreliable store that I have been. They have a good collection of glasses, but there are other stores that have those glasses as well. I was in the mall and decided to stop there.
Even tough I spent a lot of money at Ulla in Madison, as a returning customer I found them the most unreliable store that I have been for my glasses/lenses.
Customer service in this place is beyond awful. I personally had experience with couple of ladies there (prefer not to mention their names). I don't feel comfortable spending money there because they are very unreliable and have very poor customer service.

I bought a pair of glasses from Ulla last March. I have worn contacts for decades but have had difficulty wearing them since I have gotten older. Since I have been wearing my glasses I have received so many compliments on my them that I don't mine even wearing them.

Great place for distinctive eye frames.
