We needed a few items quickly for a large event. I have never ordered from Uline before but was very happy with the service and speed of delivery. I spoke with several representatives on the phone who greeted me by name when they answered and every single person I talked with was polite, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I have no idea how their pricing compares to any of their competitors, but based on the customer service I received and how quickly my order was processed, I would gladly use them again.

Maybe you could stop over charging your customers if you would stop sending my business 5-10 of your catalogs every month. What the hell is wrong with you people that you think we need this many catalogs? Just keep wasting the paper and charging us for your oversight. You guys are not required to act like idiots 24-7.

I echo the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard of. Small bundle of boxes needed for some specialty shipping. $17 to ship across the north side of Atlanta. $25 for customer pickup?????? Who's getting the UPS kickback? Office Depot, here I come.

It's an often needed source for business supplies in a pinch, but the prices are rather steep. You're much better off researching via Amazon or eBay for that which you need, but when you don't have the time; you can be assured that Uline has it all, though at a higher price.

As a new buisness owner I needed a few supplies. Being less than 10 minutes away from the warehouse I figured I'd save on the shipping and stop by to order and pick it up. However my order being less than $300 they wanted to tack on a $25 fee to pick it up. For some B.S. reason that the loading dock was always full and that was done to influence customers to order online. I hope my buisness is that successful that I can afford to alienate my local customers.
