Great local spot with friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Standard prices for coffee and espresso drinks. Not bargain level, but it's quality stuff so I have no reason to complain. The atmosphere is really worth the stop: not too loud, and a great place to read, work, or chat with a friend. Parking is a bit tough, but there is a free lot just across the street.

Kind of like Cheers, the coffee shop. Can't beat the friendliness and homey feeling from this local favorite. Also a prime choice for cyclists

Great local coffee shop. Is what you would expect from local coffee biz. I'm am usually there about once a week and always enjoy the interaction with the staff. They apparently cater to local musicians and though I have never been there for the tunes, like that they support local musicians.

Amazing drinks and staff. Great look. Only reason it's not a five star from me is the location. It's kinda right on a corner and with a car hard to get to. Most of the time I park somewhere else and then walk there.☕️🍩☕️🍩

Very rustic and a bit eccentric.. but hey that's Santa Cruz for you! Coffee and pastries are delicious nice atmosphere, and the staff were always very nice.

Owner Steve was more than willing to help out our student nonprofit fundraiser on last minute notice, the staff and people here are extremely genial and warm. Layout is a restaurant-style and quaint and the baked goods are delicious!
