  They promised a site and then gave it to someone else. We drove 30 minutes with a trailer in tow only to rn find out they gave our spot away. Staff is unorganized, rude and doesn't care! VERY poor customers service and I work in CS myself. We were going in for the season but had plans for my son's 7th birthday. Now I have to cancel his party because this late of notice I can't find alternate accommodation.
