Can be a very frustrating experience when busy. Food is very good if it’s correct. They just look at you and tell you they will be right with you. They prioritize phone orders rather than the person in front of them. Such a disorganized mess.

Been a customer of USA SUBS since it first opened. Must admit too few, as circumstances dictate. I AM AMAZED AT THEIR CONSTANT QUALITY.

I AM NOT REVIEWING, BECAUSE OF TJEIR QUALITY, but AM DOING SO BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES !!!

THEY ARE and ALWAYS CONTINUE TO BE THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF PROFESSIONALISM, COMPETENCY, RESPECT, and CHARACTER - A RARITY, EVERYWHERE IN THESE TIMES !!! THEY ALSO ALWAYS EXHIBIT QUALITIES, THAT ARE INHERENT, NOT TAUGHT !!!

Sandwiches are great, but chaos reigns supreme. There never seems to be any organization, either with the sandwich makers or in the way in which customers approach the counter. There seems to be no sense of priority or propriety, expect rude customers and error filled orders.

Probably my favorite subs in town (much better than what you can get at the two bigger national chains in town). They have really great breads for the subs here, and the staff is awesome. Wait is never too long (parking lot can be a mad house at peak hours though).

USA subs is the only place we will go to for an amazing steak bomb. Service is always fast and friendly, that is, until tonight. My husband and I were having a late dinner and decided on steak bombs from USA subs. It was between 8 and 8:15pm, and they close at 9. So I called in to order so it would be done by the time we got there. Well, I called 40 TIMES!!!! Time after time I kept getting a busy signal, so we decided to just go in and order and wait for our food to be ready. When we first walked in I get like I had done something wrong. The looks the staff gave us were very un-welcoming. Then we, awkwardly, waited almost 10 minutes to place our order. When the young lady walked out from the back we got the "death stare" like daggers were coming out of her eyes (as if to say, seriously we close in 30 minutes) when she was asked to take our order she rolled her eyes and said "I guess so" and proceeded to take our order. At this point I mention "I tried to call in the order, since I know you all have stuff to do to get ready to close and wouldn't want to hold you up, but the line was busy for the past 30 minutes or so! Your phone might be off the hook." The response I got from a young man working there: looks over his shoulder at the phone "yeah, the phone is off" and went back to doing whatever he was doing. I understand 15 minutes prior to closing, not taking calls, but an hour?! Very very disappointed in their customer service tonight (which is usually amazing) this is not ok.

USA Subs is well known for their steak bombs which are AWESOME! The meat to bread ratio is perfect. The staff are incredibly nice and the service is fast. I definitely plab to go again.

Always have gotten my order right. I have ordered 2 subs and 124 subs (2 days in advance for a company party) They wrote the persons name on each sub! No confusion and NOT ONE COMPLAINT!!
