  I was sworn at and hung up on twice after I had to cancel my order, apparently he didn't have time to F around and I'm an F'n a-hole And this came from the owner! I also had to take the time to drive down to the restaurant in order to get my refund and guess what! The restaurant was completely empty! I had ordered from this place a few times before this incident but I definitely will not be going back.

  I ordered a burger sub, when prompted to select cheese type I selected NONE as I can not eat it. I called to see what they could do, I was promptly told to pound sand.
  
  Prior to this I'v never had a complaint. hopefully it's an isolated incident

  The food itself was good, but by the time I got it my roast beef sandwich was cold. The jalapeño poppers were good and still warm though. It was a bit pricey for just a sandwich and poppers also. Its not somewhere I'm going to order from very often, but maybe I'll give it a second chance at some point.

  I ordered some hamburgers and carrot cake because I figured I'd share some dessert with my family. I paid nearly $5 for carrot cake only to have them send me and incredibly thin slice that looked as though someone had taken a knife and cut it up and ate it! So I called back and they said they would send another slice because the first one was sloppily cut well okay I appreciated that. When the manager arrived he said it wouldn't happen again only to look and find another extremely thin slice of carrot cake. In addition the burgers I recieved were gross and poorly made the first one I ate was completely flavorless and the second was so sloppy and disgusting I took two bites and threw it out. Gave 2 stars simply because they gave me another piece of carrot cake, will not order from there again!

  Food is good on some orders, average on others. We've ordered delivery on several occasions and they are inconsistent, to say the least. Orders are often incomplete. Tonight we ordered the broccoli bites. No ranch dressing included. We ordered a greek salad with romaine lettuce. They didn't forget the dressing (this time), but the salad consisted of just romaine lettuce and feta cheese. Disappointed for the last time

  The only reason why I gave them 2 is that the food is good. But the delivery is horrible and the customer service is worse. The delivery is always 30-40 minutes late and when I call they just dont care. The customer service down right rude! I just had to call because I used their online ordering system and it said it could not process my payment, but yet they charged me. So i called them and told me that o well its not their problem and I had to call the 3rd party site. Guess what? I called that 3rd party site and no answer at all just keeps going on and on.
  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE.

  Ordered a pizza, was charged for it, never showed up and never got a call. Had to call the store to find out why my pizza didn't show up. Highly unprofessional.
