  I took my car in because I thought I should be due for a brake job, as I had put a lot of miles on it for work. They took a look and said my brakes were still ok and to come back next year. I was expecting to pay for new brakes, but I was impressed with the honesty and they have earned my trust. They didn’t even charge me for an inspection. I will go back.

  I broke down on 69 and these guys were fair and fast. I broke down on a Saturday, and left town by Monday at 1pm. The price was fair and the fix was good. Enough said

  This place is a total joke!!! Do not take your car to these crooks. I had a horrible experience​, my car needed a head gasket along with other repairs, they had my car for over a week, they charged me over 1,400 dollars, and told me they had fixed it all. On my way home from picking up my car, my check engine light came on. When my husband called to question them, they informed my husband that they had fixed everything BUT the head gasket, and never even ran a diagnostic on my vehicle. When my husband told them we wanted them to finish the job they had started and slacked off on, they informed my husband that it would be another 1,200 for the head gasket.
  
  These assholes will rip you off the first chance they get. Do not even bother!!!!

  Went in to get a ball joint changed. Was quoted 2 hours of labor to change the ball joint. They finished the job in about 45 minutes and charged me for 2 hours of labor. Got home and saw the dust boot wasn't seated on the ball joint. Went back the next day to have them finish the job. They told me when I returned "we couldn't get it to seal yesterday"
  (Seems shady that they didn't tell me when I left the day before.). They fixed it and sealed the ball joint by using super glue.

  My car was badly in need of an alignment while driving to Illinois. I brought my car to US 12 Auto Repair, and they had it realigned and back on the road in about an hour! I am very satisfied with the service that I received here, and I highly recommend them.

  Being that I was traveling through town and didn't have any tools on me, I had to take my vehicle to a shop in Coldwater to get me back on the road. This shop was fair priced, did excellent work, and was exceptionally courteous. I definitely recommend this place!!
