  Daughter has an older car that needed several items repaired/replaced. She phoned and was given an estimate and the needed repairs made as quoted and for less $. I went with her and was happily surprised. They were and did great. This from a hobby mechanic.

  Friendly and punctual staff. The ability to watch my truck being worked on from the waiting room instills confidence. Prices are fair and I've been satisfied with their work thus far.

  The staff at Auto lab are always very courteous and thorough when helping me with my auto needs. The prices are very reasonable and you can beat the service. I always have a pleasant experience when I come in.

  We are from KY and our Aviator broke down in Jackson. AAA towed us to Auto Lab and we were nervous because we knew nothing about them. They looked at it very early that Saturday and had it done by noon that day. They explained what was wrong and even took pictures and texted them to me. I appreciate the time they took to explain things to me and the price wasn't bad at all. BTW guys, your "quick fix" got us all the way back to Kentucky with no problems. Thank you!!
