  Fantastic time! The staff helped tremendously in getting me a seat lower, once I realized the balcony seat I reserved was too steep,for me to enjoy the show, because of my problems with vertigo, Thank you soon much! !

  Avoid the center rear orchestra seats, or you might end up behind the lighting and sound technicians.

  One of the best venues in western ny.
  Easy access from route 290 with plenty of parking. Quick in and out from any lot. The atrium is a great place to wait for the doors to open and stay out of the weather.
  There is not a bad seat in the house. I do recommend buying seats which are away from the walls for best sound and view.
  Tickets are reasonable when not purchased from a secondary ticket vendor. Sign up for email notification and early bird presale for a more enjoyable experience. I see the majority of concerts here and have done so for over 15 years.

  Very nice auditoriums and a very nice atrium to hold plenty of people. The auditorium was full and I was still quite cold, not a big deal but as someone who doesn't get cold easily I feel it's worth mentioning. Overall, it is a great venue to see a show at or attend a graduation at.

  Was here to see a concert for the first time. The venue was nice, all white and a glass ceiling in the lobby. The acoustics of the room was good in the balcony. I will definitely go back but try to get a floor seat next time.

  A beautiful venue with professional and passionate staff. Their dance residencies and performances fill a much need niche in Buffalo.
