  I would have given 5 stars but the complete remodel work on a tiny second bathroom was not fully complete - let me explain. Our remodel job was a remodel of a remodel (the first set of contractors did a horrible job - floor not level, texture clumpy). Fast forward to finding US Floors & Remodeling. The job was started on time but I had to call and request that our floors and stairs be covered after contractors showed up tracking in dirt/debris to our second floor bathroom. The tile guys did a great job. The plumbers did a great job. The texture/paint guy did a great job. But when it was all said and done, the bathroom was/is not finished. I now have to clean the bathroom from the debris/dust left over from the various contractors. I have had to clean up their leftover trash, their leftover plastic covers on my stairs and entry way. My baseboards were replaced but not painted or sealed. My door frames and my doors into the bathroom (jack & jill type) were scraped/scratched and have to be repainted. I read the reviews and people talked about how their remodel job was left clean/spotless and beautiful after the "remodel." I have not been so lucky. I called Sam to discuss the baseboards/door frames/doors and he informed me that that was not part of the deal. At the end of the day, I wanted a complete remodeled bathroom. For the price I paid and will continue to pay, it is still not finished. Make sure you get everything in writing and don't assume a complete remodel means that because you will be disappointed. Still have lots of work to do disappointed again.

  Working with Sam was a pleasure, he is the owner of the company and came to my home personally to do an in home consultation for remodeling my stairs.. He then came to my home again with the workers to make sure they understood what I needed done in my home project. My stairs look great and it really changed the look of my home. I will use Sam and his team again for future home remodeling projects.

  My wife and I are very glad we chose Sam and his crew to install our new gorgeous laminate wood floor. Yes, we were Hurricane Harvey victims. I was a little worried about finding a reputable company to treat us fairly and perform what they promised. I could not be more pleased! Sam explained our options at his modern showroom and came over to our house that evening to measure our floors and give us our estimate and installation date. We were given a written, signed estimate and the installation was set up for the next Monday. They arrived on time, and ready to work and finished the install in one day. ( over 800 sq ft ) The workers were courteous and professional and the installation was flawless! Everything was cleaned up, and they even mopped the floors after the installation. I have lived in the Cypress, NW Houston area for decades and am happy to give this 5 star review.
