Looking for a barrel to modify to collect rain for a garden project. My wife’s favorite color is yellow and yellow was hard to find with the design I wanted and material. Decided to try US Plastics, since it was a good price for the barrel and shipping. I live around central Indiana. I ordered it around 1pm on Tuesday. Wednesday at 3pm the UPS guy was dropping it off. That was completely unexpected and a good surprise.

After using many different vendors for bottles, seals and caps, I finally found a vendor that consistently has good service and a great selection. Most importantly, they have items in stock. I will look to do more business with this company. They have outstanding customer service!

I have to give them 5 stars. I searched for a tiny quantity of parts on their online store one night. I went to place an order and the shipping was $24! So, I wrote them an email. They responded quickly the next morning and asked me to call. I called and they quickly amended my shipping costs to like $5. Everything was easy and they didn't laugh at the 'little guy' ordering a few small acrylic balls. The only thing I would change is to change their website to reflect the appropriate shipping costs for such a tiny mailing. They would probably make more money that way too! I will definitely keep them in mind for the next time.

We recently ordered and received some items from the company only to discover that they included a very much NOT ordered pamphlet about Jesus, sin, and other theological verbiage. I am fully in favor of freedom of religion but freedom of religion also means FREEDOM FROM RELIGION. Will never order again.

Absolute worst customer service that we have ever experienced. We were customers of this company for 8 years up until today when their sales manager yelled at us because we did not have our part number ready when we wanted to place our order. Then, she actually started lecturing us on how to properly provide them with their own product number. Another words, we have to do their job for them. To top it off, she refused to give us the name of her manager when we asked. Shady to say the least. We wil never use this company again. Absolute pathetic customer service skills. We advise any new potential customer to stay clear of this company.
