  Karina has the WORST possible customer service skills, I'm not sure how she is the face of this dentist office. Not everything that is told to you by her is accurate. During my first visit, I was given a treatment plan that she said to me could be changed if anything is not done from the list. During my second and FINAL visit to this facility she states to me "by law we cannot change this treatment plan" she simply did not recall her own words said to me. Finally, she changed the treatment plan when she realized she was wrong. If you are reading this you need to be careful with the words you say to clients.
  I was also told to only leave a google review if it was good. If it was bad, she said to me don't leave the review.
  Well this is what happens, you get the review anyway because I believe everyone should know this.
  Also, don't pre pay any of your services people, there is a waiting list to get your money back, it's not even with the dental office itself, it's a third party company who's information was also not provided to me. I don't like the way you do business here.

  Outstanding service and professionalism! The doctors and staff are very attentive and they care about your experience. Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Will continue to recommend to friends and family.

  Great staff!!! Very professional and always do a great work. I’ve been with Springs Dental for two years and I wouldn’t change my mind on going somewhere else. Dr Hansel is the best👍🏼

  I'm very pleased with Dr. Navarrete!. He's been a Saint with me cause I'm always fearful and extremely anxious about going to the dentist. Each time that I've been at his office for any type of treatment, Dr. Navarrete is calm and very patient with me. He's gentle, caring, and makes me feel at ease. I love the staff as well cause I'm sure that I drive them crazy with my nervous and emotional wreck yet they treat me like a friend and always have a wonderful smile. I would highly recommend to everyone to go to Springs Dental. They are very professional and treat you like a family member ❤️

  Went in for a clean up, first the customer service and the friendly atmosphere was amazing. Dr. Navarrete and his staff were very attentive and gave me great advise on good dental care. Will definitely return in the near future. And most importantly will refer this wonderful dental office to my friends and family. Thank you Springs Dental.
