BEWARE OF THEM. They try to charge my sister's friend for a ball and pin that I own when renting a trailer at this location. AGAIN BEWARE!!!!!!
I was charged a $25 cleaning fee after returning a unit in pristine condition. I called in twice and was told a manager would return my call shortly. I never hear back from them and kept getting passed on by customer service representatives. I'll never be using this service again.

This was our drop off location. Easy to find, staff was ready right when we pulled up. Quick inspection. Great communication. In and out no problems.
Stay away from hitch installation and service. They didn't cover my lifetime warranty and I have the paperwork and warranty number. Over the phone while scheduling, they consulted their hitch warranty department and told me I was covered for replacement. When I showed up today for the appointment, I was given a new agreement to sign and told payment was due. They gave me the "I don't know who you talked to" routine and "we can't locate your paperwork" so you're going to pay today -it was a few hundred dollars. I told them I don't care to do business with them anymore and she didn't care. They clearly tried to bypass their warranty program and have me pay in full.
Friendly staff, quick check in and check out ...would have been faster if they staffed better. Another customer and myself were in store by ourselves, but once guy got inside...it was quick.
Rude staff, horrible service, was over charged, and after hours drop off involved finding and open space in the curb amoung other uhaul trucks and trailers on a narrow residential street! While dropping off the trailer, other customers were asking what to do and we're just as frustrated! Use a differnt location if at all possible!! Or a different company!!!

Had a terrible experience with Kyle, the manager. He just walked away when I asked him why my reservation was cancelled for being an hour late. He did not call me before canceling my 8-hour long reservation. So, when I arrived there, he did not even try to explain why nor did he try to help me find an alternative. A real manager would have apologized and offered something else that’s available or called another location to see if they could be of any help. Very unprofessional for a manager to have an attitude toward upset customers. Will never do business with someone as rude as Kyle.
