Helpful staff but not nearly enough of them. We had reserved a trailer and been sent from another location here. After waiting in line over an hour, they didn't have one either. Luckily, someone got tired of waiting to return theirs and dumped it in the streetso we got that one. Bad way to do business though.

Didn't give me all the boxes I paid for. Had to go back. There was no issue. The manager apologized and made it right. Just cost time and effort.

Very polite BUT either needs a faster way of creating reservations OR more than just one employee working at a time. I spent an hour here with only one person ahead of me.

These guys were GREAT! So very helpful with our rental truck needs Clean and nice facility with lots of supplies for any moving needs! You can't do any better for outstanding service with a smile.
