  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!! ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS RENT A TOW DOLLY SO I COULD GET HOME! THE ONLY PERSON WORKING WAS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! not only did my brother have to wait over 30 minutes just to get some help but Clayton W. couldn't even do that! Over 45 minutes passed before i finally voiced my opinion. At which point I was told that not only was the store manager on vacation but the assistant store manager wasn't even receiving phone calls how ridiculous is that on top of that even though I know my Ford F150 is fully capable of towing the broke down vehicle it is ridiculous that I'm gonna have to drive 25 minutes out of the way to rent the same tow dolly that I could have rented at this location absolutely ridiculous do not waste your time and do not waste your money !

  I have always had an excellent experience at this particular U-Haul and this most recent visit was just as pleasant! They're great people, very friendly and quite knowledgeable! I will continue to visit this location not just because it's close to me but simply because of the level of service I receive and the quality of product as well as their good prices! 👍 👍

  They forgot to give me my blankets and when I called to have the charge removed, I was told that wasn't possible. BUT, they sent someone to d eliever them instead. Awesome customer service!

  Do not even consider renting from Budget. I did and the morning of my long distance move they had no trucks. I went to U Haul and got a practically new truck and excellent service. It was more expensive but we'll worth it. I am a customer for life.

  Seth was our technician and he went above and beyond. This was, quite possibly, some of the best customer service we have ever received. If you need a uhaul or even just have questions, this is the place to go. Thank you, Seth!

  My husband and I have rented trucks from them in the past and it was alway a good thing . But this is why they are awesome , we wanted a hitch put on my van , we messed up and forgot about the appointment and when I went in the the man was SOOO NICE AND UNDERSTANDING !! He could not do my van today but he made a call and made it so that I could go to another U-Haul and they took my van right away .. It was our mess up and he fixed it . Thank you .
