I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from their manager . I have been trying to get in touch with someone from this location for over 2 weeks now. I was over charged on account of an error in their services and am getting the run around for my calls to be returned or even answered . I literally use uhaul about once a year and from here on out am strongly considering going a differnt route. The only thing holding me back is how great and timely my service from other locations was . Really hope you can figure it out and make sure your customers are all satisfied and not being treated improperly .

Called to make sure they had a tow dolly. Guy over the phone said they had two. I show up they tell me both have been pre reserved.

Giving two stars because I got a quote of the product and labor, called them back to make the installation appointment. I was told to come in now and get it done. So I did and the manager said we couldn't do it today - then proceeded to make an appointment for me. Andddd new quote shows I have to pay $40 more than the initial quote because they don't have the specific hitch in stock. *ahem* just lost my business with them - too bad.

180 hitch ended up being 250 because untold expenses. 350 if i wanted installed. Staff seemed more interested in baseball game.

I called 4 locations before finding this one to install a hitch last minute. These guys helped me out BIG time. They did not have the hitch there but I grabbed it from the Reynolds location. I brought it over, they did a great job installing it. They really hooked my friend and I up with a great deal. Then he spent the time to help us find an auto transport. He answered all our questions, and the installer and his other associate were just as friendly. You couldn't ask for better customer service.

We needed to store our belongs while we waited to close on our house for a few months. We decided to use uhaul because we could rent our moving truck and a storage unit through them. The issues started when we tried to close out of our storage unit. We moved our belongings several days before the next month's payment was due and when I returned the moving truck I told the employee we were finished with the unit and asked how we should go about closing out and he told me he would do it for me then. I asked my boyfriend to follow up with them because I didn't receive anything stating we closed out. The woman he spoke with on the phone said someone else handles storage and she will give them the message. A month later, we continue to receive lien notices and threats to sell our belongings. We've contacted uhaul via phone call and going into the store on over 10 occasions. I'm not sure what else to do any longer but this has certainly turned into more of a headache than it was worth.

Tim is genuinely one of the greatest men alive. Even with vehicle issues on our end they had a hard working team together and got us on our way. I can't express enough how much I appreciate the work Alesky and Willie did for us either. Thanks so much for your service guys!
