Had a great buying experience here. Bobby (salesman) and Keith (manager) were great. We bought a used Mercedes at a good price, we love the car, and their post-sale service has been great! There was no bs haggling, they gave us all the info with a price offer and it was exactly what I was looking to pay for the car based on my research. Was not a certified car, but they still repaired a minor issue free of charge, and made sure they followed up and checked in to make sure we're happy. Can't say enough why you should consider Tysinger!

I honestly want to give tysinger an professional grade simply because my experience was exceptional! Wonderful clientele with the salesmen minu and demeritus gave an excellent experience with their salesmanship and professionalism. Everything was right in front of me and they walked me thru all the steps into getting my first big truck payment! I even kept my old car when the original plan was to trade it in! Well done fellas!

I was sexually pursued by two sales men at this car dealership I hate this place and it makes me uncomfortable to go there anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially a female!

The sales and financing department created the best experience I have ever had, and I would refer this dealer to everyone i know seeking to purchase a new car.

I purchased a new car from here the last week of April. The salesman, Karone, did a lovely job and was very pleasant to work with. Karone is the reason I am not giving 1 star. He was great to work with and when I noticed some plastic was missing on part of the exterior of the car he said that he'd have it fixed the next time I go to a Hyundai dealership. On the other hand, Demetrius Alexander has been very unpleasant to work with. He offered me several loans from local banks that offered good rates, but then every time he asked me for information a few days later he needed more information (or even asking for the same info I gave already) even though I asked if that was everything he needed. To add to that, once the bank loan was clear and the car was in my hands he told me he would send me my paperwork. It has been over a month of me asking him to send copies my paperwork that I signed and he has been ignoring my emails and has not sent my paperwork. I am very unhappy with the services that Tysinger has provided.

I purchased a car from here today and left without it. I came and looked at the vehicle on Thursday and Friday and arranged to come pay for it and pick it up Saturday. Saturday I arrived, signed all the paperwork, paid for the car just to be told that the car had been towed and they wouldn't be able to get it back until Monday. I am very upset with how things went. The whole time I was there I was passed around from salesman to salesman, none of who knew where the car was or what was going on. My original salesman was off with another customer the whole time and neglected to let the other salesmen know the status of the car I was getting and did not even bother to have the car ready. Because of this I spent 2 and a half hours at the dealership. Most of which I spent confused wondering where the car was. At this point I do not even know any the car because I feel like I was pushed to the side because they felt like the new potential customer was more important than I was.

I dealt with a total of 2 other salesmen, neither of which was the one that I was originally working with. The first only had me sign for the car. Then I waited an hour for the second to come get me to pay for the car. An hour later I was told that the car was towed. My question is if I told them I was coming at 430 to purchase the car, why did they not check to make sure the car was ready? And since they didn't check at that point why didn't they check before having me sign for it? And even after that, they had a third opportunity to check while I was paying for it. Instead they made me wait for a car that was not even there and now I am trapped into having it, despite being disrespected since I have already signed the paperwork. I will never buy a car from here again, nor will I ever suggest anyone I know buy a car from here. The saddest part is, my friend who took me here to buy this car, and his family had bought several cars from here. That alone should have been enough for my patronage to be a priority. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied and do not even want the car anymore. I would much rather buy a car from someone who respects my time and money.

**edit** I originally rated them 1 star because of my experience. However the company contacted me to apologize and allowed me to get a refund for the car. I am very happy with the way they handled things. Even though originally I had a bad experience the fact that they resolved it so quickly, makes me feel like they actually do care about their customers and they felt bad about the way I was treated. I raised it to 3 stars since they got back with me and resolved everything.

Would like to thank Tysinger Hyundai for there exceptional service. My family upgraded our SUV to a used Honda Odyssey and were pleased with the respect and services that were provided along the way. Big thanks to Fili in sales and Demetrius A. for there help. Definitely would recommend. Very fair pricing, continually updated on tag/titling for out of state and overall courteous throughout the whole process.

I would highly recommend Keith McCullers and his team. Without a doubt the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. We checked out a lot of other dealers in town, and they were the best in every way that I can think of. They made us feel like we were buying a car on our own terms, and they didn't try to convince us to spend a lot more money on something we didn't want. Test driving and decision making were a breeze. Can't say enough about Keith, Mitch, and Demetrius, as well as the entire Tysinger family!

Went to purchase a car put a down payment and they sold the car the next day. Ended up getting a diff car there but it wasn't the one I wanted. Had it a yr and had to replace the radiator replaced all the tires and the trunk stopped popping open and nothing covered under warranty. Built my credit up so I could get what I wanted at another dealership.

Worst experience ever. Way too much to even write down. Been there 4 different times for issues that should have been fixed on the first service trip. Hoping the car won't break down again from the shotty auto work they do here. The guy even had to try and convince me that he wasn't a crook. And really if you have to try to convince someone that you're not dishonest and doing good work, you're probably 100% dishonest and not doing what you're supposed to be. Especially for the money that's been paid to them. As I was leaving from my fourth time here today I heard someone woman come out of the service center screaming about how they're doing the same thing to her. I hope she reviews too.

You can find a better mercedes service shop than here. Again worst experience ever and if this car breaks down again I'm going the legal route.

    "False Repair Recommendations"

In October of 2012, this is what they "found":
Rough Idle: Recommendation: $ 1114.48 - WILL NEED TO REMOVE CYLINDER HEAD AND INSPECT VALVES, GUIDES AND CYLINDER BORES.
Recommendation: $ 251.76 - REMOVED IGNITION COILS AND SPARK PLUGS. PERFORMED COMPRESSION TEST AND RESULTS AS FOLLOWS: CYLINDER 1 @ 160PSI, CYLINDER 2 @ 148PSI AND CYLINDER 3 @ 128PSI.
    Also
Observation: - Found transmission fluid leak Recommendation: $ 557.24 - REPLACE AXLE SEALS.

Remember, that $1,000 total above is just to figure out what is causing itits not a repair. So in total, the mechanic at smart (Brett Whitney) is expecting a ~$4,000 repair if the engine to the valves or guides or whatever is causing the low PSI.

By the wayno check engine lights or anything performance wise I have noticed. I was at 60,000 miles.

On top of all that, they then tried to sell me another car and trade in my "broken" car for a "fair price".

I took my car to another mechanic and he claimed all of the recommendations were false. I sold my car in 2016 with 106,000 miles and it never had the issues that they suggested.

Do not take you car in for service here.

I used to have outstanding service here until they found out I was 18. I brought my Audi A6 in for an issue I had had with the air condition and the service guy had an attitude with me and my mother from the moment we stepped out of my vehicle. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day but unfortunately this was getting out of hand. When I requested a loaner car as I usually do and have gotten one before, he asked my age and when he found out I was 18 he said oh sorry we don't rent to you even though they have given me loaner cars before. I think that having an attitude with a customer regardless of their age and then refusing service that you have provided previously just because of age is completely and utterly unacceptable and I feel as if i am being discriminated against. I don't have any other vehicle to drive and I have to get to school, work and other places and now am stuck without a vehicle for 3 days. I used to praise this dealership for the amazing customer service but i must say I have to repeal my statement as they treat young people as peasants when young people are future new car sales such as myself. I plan to buy a new 2024 Audi RS7 Performance when I graduate medical school. I will most definately not buy it from Audi Hampton if I continue to be treated as if I am below anyone else just because of my age. I don't appreciate it and I most defiantly do not feel like part of a family as they say I should at Tysinger Automotive 'Family.' I will be sure to tell all of my friends since they're my age not to go to any Tysinger dealership because they dislike young car owners/buyers and that they will not treat them as they should be treated. I will be sure to include these comments in the survey I receive from Audi of America when my car is returned to me.

Just had the annual inspection of one of our Mercedes cars at Tysinger and our experience was extremely satisfactory. Corey Spruil, the Gray Team manager made us feel so special. He was very attentive and kept us informed of the progress of the service. So friendly and accommodating.
