Two Wheeled Locksmith could not be better at customer service! I recently purchased a condo in Oakland's Jack London Square with a discontinued lock format and HOA restrictions on lock style changes. After other locksmith professionals tried and failed to provide a re-key, Two Wheeled Locksmith showed up on time and provided six new key blanks for this discontinued lock/key style, at a more competitive price compared to what I was previously quoted. The end total was 7 keys since one of the originals wasn't up to snuff and was promptly replaced on the spot before the Two Wheeled Locksmith left. This level of profound expertise is a home-run finish - you won't regret it!

I could not recommend Devin (owner) highly enough! He is a true professional who knows his craft and responses to inquires quickly and effectively.

My wife and I just bought our first home here in Alameda and Devin came over and worked with us into the evening to get all of our doors and gates rekeyed. He was also able to recommend, and order us, some excellent high quality locks that will keep us safe and secure for a life time.

If I ever need any upgrades or changes, there is only one locksmith that I will be calling, and he may just show up on two wheels.

Devin was really prompt in responding. We called in the morning and set up an appointment. He was really helpful in explaining how our 100year old lock works and gave us an idea of why we couldn't lock our door. He was able to fix it all in a half hour. Great service. We'd use his services again.

Devin went way above and beyond he not only get back in my condo but fixed a problem with my deadbolt I thought I'd be living with forever. He responded right away and met me at my place super quickly. He's friendly, fast and affordable. Could not recommend more!
