Responsive and quick, but 2 stars for giving you a very wide range on a quote, not mentioning that the $50 fee to come out is not included in the quote, and charging all the way at the top of the wide range they gave (plus the $50) for something that took them less than 2 minutes of time to accomplish. Would be nice if people are upfront about costs

After dealing with a locksmith that clearly didn't know what they were doing, I was grateful to have assistance gaining access to my home from someone with actual experience and skill. Communication leading up to and during the work was equal to the craftsmanship.

That said and despite the late hour - around 4am - I can't help but feel the price I paid for the job was rather steep (more than double what I was told the highest cost would be by the other locksmith). I have no additional grounds to determine what the "real" price should be for such a job at that time of night, but if not for the cost, I would give 5 stars to reflect the quality of the work/service.

Michael was very professional! He came to the house within 30 minutes of me calling him, which happened to be at 9pm on a Sunday!! He even texted when he was 5 minutes away! I love that! We locked ourselves out of the house and he got us in quickly! I highly recommend!!

Michael is by far the BEST. He
Made our Thanksgiving vacation less stressful. We had taken our 1994 Airstream to the dealership and they lost the key to the front door. Michael was able to meet us at the RV Resort after 9:00 pm and was able to cut us two sets of keys.He maintained great communication during the entire process. We were very pleased with his service.
