Supper nice people. this was my first time here and I noticed a pattern in there clients. I was there for about an hr waiting and every customer that came in they knew them on a first name bases, in the auto shop world that means one thing REPEAT CUSTOMERS which means they must do good work. Thanks

Yes, it's a chain. No, that doesn't matter. All of the staff have been working here forever and I will never take my car anywhere else. They're constantly busy because everyone knows they are amazing., so make an appointment. They are honest and they take the best care of you. Hands down.

Terrible place. I went in for their cheapest oil change. They tried to fast talk me into $100 worth of services and changing the oil change to a more expensive one which I did not want or need. They told me I needed it because my truck needs speical oil but i called the other location and they told me that i didnt need to be charge extra for it. Then told me I would need a $1000 repair all without having driven or looked at my car. I guess they must be psychic or have super man vision to know something is wrong from inside the store. Another guy there tried to say he didnt think the problem they guy told me was as bad as he said but the other guy just shushed him and tried to scare me into spending tons of money. Left and went to a different place. I was told everything was totally ok for now and was shown in person that it was. I had already known the repair would be needed at some point but I also had a very good idea of the cost. Just to make sure I called 5 other places. None of them gave me a quote over $600. These people just want your money.

We noticed we had a small bolt in one of our tires. Pulled into Tuffy on a Saturday afternoon when most other places were closed. They were able to pull out the bolt, plug it and check air pressure in all of our tires. No charge! Super friendly and quick.

Idiots. Crazy prices. To get a freon leak fixed, they wanted up to 1500$ for it. Didn't even looked at it
After: First of all I paid my mechanic 150$ to fix the leak. You just scared my customer, who wanted to buy a car. I drove there 40 min each way. And you didn't even look under the hood . You are just robots there . That's all. After I told you there was a leak , you just called my customer to talk on the side , and scared her about my car. Didn't take it for ride, or put it on the lift . Nothing. You will never ever get my business again.response / report this review -

My tire went flat while I was visiting a nearby business. They loaned me an air compressor to get enough pressure to drive to them. Then they were able to repair my tire for less than $15.

Waited quite some time for an oil change on a saturday. Had to drop off car. Spoke with manager about it and after I described why I was disappointed he immediately offered to make things right! Upstanding establishment with the desire to have happy customers!

Tuffys has done great work on my vehicle on all my visits so far. They answer all your questions you might have, they are pleasant to do business with, they are good at what they do, get the job done, they get you waited on in reasonable time for being busy as they always are. They are always kind I would recommend them highly. 😊 👍

Picked up a piece of metal in left rear tire on way to hospital to see our dad. Pulled in to Tuffy's and they immediately repaired my tire. The staff are so nice and friendly with great service. Refreshing to see old fashion service. I highly recommend Tuffy Tire and Auto Service in Lynn haven. Thank goodness Google sent us there.
