What an amazing group of people. I was over 220 miles away from home, I picked up a nail in my brand new tire. These guys saved the day and my trip. Thank you so much.

Beware!
I got an online quote for tires for my motorhome. I called to set up a time to have the tires installed. So far so good. Got a call back and was told that the website gave me an incorrect price. They wanted $20 more per tire for installation and nearly $100 more per tire! I can understand the higher price for the installation but the $100 more per tire is ridiculous. Of course the person in charge of the website quotes claimed the price difference wasn't their fault. They use a third-party to operate the website. I wonder if they use a third-party to manage their warranties. This sounds like a classic bait and switch to me. Do I blame the local shop? They're just following the incompetent home office. It's enough to make me do business elsewhere!response / report this review -

Good & friendy service. Good prices on tires. Only had to wait 25 minutes. Watch TV to kill time. Nice and cool in waiting lobby. Great place at any time of the day.

After 2 hours of having the car sitting there and fixing other cars that got there later they decided to work on it once we were watching over what they were doing. Was told it would take 1 and half to 2 hours and it's been over two hours.

I use Road Mart because the manager, Ronald, that works there and his crew have always been honest with me. I started using them to get a front-end alignment and tires rotated and balanced several years ago. When the work was complete, Ronald told me that they did not do a front end alignment on my vehicle because it did not need it. They could very well have claimed, as a lot of other shops would have, that they did the alignment and charge me for it, but Road Mart did not. So I have used them ever since. They have always done excellent work and have been honest with me, and the crew, along with management, are very courteous.

Rip off , charged $99.99 for a hub assembly for a boat trailer tha t cost less than $25.00 at a local parts house thst i offeted to pick up but they told me they could buy it less than I could. I also paid $79.99 for a tire and rim that cost $51.99 at the parts house and is of much better quality than what I received. To add to that they never called to tell me it was ready. After a week I drove 40 miles to check on it.

We had a blowout on the front of our motor coach and we're referred to Road Mart because they had the size tires we need. We had the best service and Lee even waited for us to return for the tire change.

I've been here twice now for tire work and both times I was very satisfied. The folks there are super friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly they're honest and give people only reasonable and necessary repair estimates and advice. I took my car to a couple of other places in town because I wanted to get some estimates on front end work that my car needs. Not only were they the most reasonable, but they beat the others by HALF the cost. I was very impressed by these folksAs soon as I can I'll be getting my front end work done there. Thanks guys !

Just traveling through the state going West on I-10 in Florida got a flat tire on the interstate they got a tire for me the next day I was so happy with the customer service on the phone with the quick response the next day they have my tire on my car and balance less than an hour's time, I'm very thankful that there are still some honest people and hard-working in this life left that I wasn't overcharged because I owned a BMW so I'm so thankful for people like these people roadmart you are the best,
