The food court at Tucson Mall is nice. The rest if the mall is typical of other malls. The Tucson Mall is kept very clean and I must say security was very present. I felt very safe and I did like that there was not large groups of teenagers running around.

It's a mall. The one thing, in my opinion that makes this mall stand out is the REI. Other than that the container store is worth checking out. Try to go in the non-winter months as to avoid the snowbirds and their squawking and the holiday shoppers as a whole. If you have to venture here in the winter season, the last hour of the night seems to be the most manageable when it comes to avoiding the crowds. If it's your intention and goal is to be there for and with the crowds then you can go any time. It a busy place.

Tucson Mall is fairly good for a mall. It’s inside (which in hot summers is great). Good mixture of high end, normal “mall-type” stores and local things.

Love the people that work here and haven’t had any issues at the stores That being said. Mall management is a complete joke and they treat the people here like total poo. So, try to be extra nice to the employees here and they will do their best to take care of you.

Had a great shopping experience at the Tucson mall. I recommend this when you're shopping for family or friends. There's a wide selection of stores to choose from. It is a large Mall.

Tucson's oldest mall, great shops but can be seriously crowded around the holidays. The architecture is beautiful for the age of this mall. The shops are always rising and your staple places remain. Always something new and exciting to find.

I liked the store selection here and since we were from out of town it was nice that it wasn't too overwhelming. Fun place to shop!

It's a two story mall, with alot of stores. The food court is limited but you still have options. This mall has Bare minerals, Sephora, the Disney store, Build a Bear, Charming Charlies, Forever 21, etc. They have a small kids area next to the food court. Weekends tend to get extremely packed. This mall does not have a movie theater inside.

Lots of shops, 2 story mall, Big food court.
Lacks enough escalators/ways to get upstairs, but oh well.
    Thumbs up

One side of the mall is on raised ground, the other side is down below.
The upper outside lot/atmosphere is very attractive and nice, but the lower section of the parking lot(s) seem dark and unkempt.
Oh well. I still love the Cheesecake factory and the architecture.
I also have a bias for multi story malls, lol.

Tucson Mall is great! Lots of good stores and the food court is bountiful. The place was well built and is kept clean. When you visit, notice the nice floor.
It is one of those good old style indoor malls with a roof over many of the stores. A great community-style place to shop.
Great place to get out of the weather if need be.

Tucson's largest mall is a two story enclosure with elevators and escalators for access between floors. Service Dogs may take some additional exposure as the walls of the elevator are clear, and the second floor has a tendency to flex while you walk. I do not recommend the escalators for Service Dogs that are not in boots as the steps are slotted and the dogs nails may become wedged.

First time visited last week. Typical shopping mall but it has all the stores I like to shop at. Nice variety. Easy to find. Large complex. Well maintained. I will definitely return even though it isn't close to where I live.

Tucson mall is a great mall it's pretty much like most malls in America Scott two levels is pretty large there's many different entrances that you can come into it there's every kind of store you can think of that's in most malls one of them that I particularly like is Gamers Warehouse they're really good at fixing my cell phone and buying games or fixing computers laptops things like that. But the mall itself is good there's parking below and above all around there's so many restaurants and stores to go to It's a Great Mall I definitely recommend it if you want to go shopping in Tucson.

Went to Cheesecake factory for dinner. Got seated immediately and waitress was prompt and friendly. Appetizer was good, not great, calamari was a little gummy.
My shrimp came and we asked for extra cocktail sauce. Waited to finish calamari and shrimp; and waited, asked again. And waited and waited. Everything got cold. Waitress was not that busy but pointedly ignored us 4 times. Won't go back here anytime soon.

Great shopping with the many shops offering just about anything one could want. Very clean and never crowded. I've found the staff of all the stores I've visited to be friendly and most helpful. Food on offer from the restaurants and cafes is fine, but I'm yet to find a good coffee. This could be due to being an Australian and having a different expectation!
