While I would love to give them a better star rating I SIMPLY CAN NOT. I had been going for a planned 24 month service that ended at 10 months because I did not agree with the way that they handled the financial arrangements . Apparantly their billing employees became impatient with the process of insurance and started to threaten me with paying the portion that my benefits should cover . I even went as far as calling my insurance company to get some answer for them . Went to an adjustment appointment and instead of getting my braces adjusted the lady I believe is married to the actual orthodontist pulls me into a room to discuss insurance again . I'm looking at her holding my Aetna insurance card in my hand and still I'm getting threats about if the insurance doesn't move as fast as they'd like I'll be responsible . ABSOLUTLEY NOT. They are also out of network with NC so please use this information wisely it DOES make a difference. They had always been pushy about the financial aspect which I get it. Gotta get paid . But how is it in my control with how quickly insurance does their part . They sent the claim the next year instead of at the initial treatment . Totally wouldn't recommend going here unless you can afford to just pay for your braces all at once that is what they prefer, Which unfortunately that wasn't an option for me that is why I have insurance to keep from having to do that .

We adore the Tucker Team! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They take excellent care of my daughter's teeth and happily answer all of my questions. We would not go anywhere else for orthodontic care.

Everytime I go into this place for my appointment and leave, there is something wrong with my braces in the next couple of days. Right now, three of the hooks on my power chain are off of my brackets. I won't get this fixed until my next appointment which is in a little over a month. You can never schedule an appointment easily here because they're always booked. They aren't accommodating at all!

I just called to have a permanent retainer reattached. Simple procedure. Their doctor doesn't feel "comfortable" doing that without a formal orientation, which isn't available for a month. Give me a break. I'm sorry the doctor's feelings are more important than their patient's.

Love this practice - the staff is amazing and Dr. Tucker is so kind. Prices are very comparable, if not more affordable, then several I researched. I greatly appreciate how there is little to no waiting to be taken back and appointments are super quick. Would highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone in the market for braces!!

Dr. Tucker and his staff are top notch. As an adult looking to have some orthodontic work done, I was a bit nervous. I had a consultation with a different orthodontist previously and was displeased with how I had been treated. Dr. Tucker and his staff were welcoming and informative from the moment I stepped through the door. Although I could tell that his office was busy and he had several patients, he never gave the indication that he did not have time for me. He answered every single one of my questions and addressed every concern, so the choice to move forward with my treatment was an easy one. I look forward to every appointment as he and his staff are always very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Tucker and his staff to anyone (young or old) looking to have orthodontic work done.

My name is Delaney Cotton and I am 16 years old and a frequent visitor to Tucker Orthodontics along with my dad. Dr.Tucker and his staff are very kind and are loyal to their patients and happy to answer any questions that the patients may have. When a patient enters the waiting room there are books to read along with a TV that plays movies that the patients will enjoy and the waiting room is set up to have an inviting atmosphere.
My experience is great and if anyone is looking for an orthodontist then I would highly recommend Tucker Orthodontics.

Everyone at tucker orthodontics is great! Dr. Tucker is awesome, he talks with his patients about things going on with them and remembers. All of the girls are wonderful, they are sweet and helpful every time I'm there which is often and for more then a year. They all know me by name and are very friendly. I am an adult but they are great with their children patients too! The facility is nice and always clean. They do excellent work and i would recommend anyone go to them.
