  Only Tubby's I go to, recently complained about food (I hate complaining it's terrible) And they were super nice about it. Shoved a bunch of singles into their tip jar! I love them really, and hate complaining to them.

  Best location as far as quality and service. I pass 2 Tubbys on my way, just to visit this location instead. Very clean and mostly a friendly staff. The submarines at this location are the best tasting In my immediate area. Did I mention they remember my order every visit?!

  East side of Harper, S of Alger location, NEVER had problem. Don't know who these people are talking about. We drive to this location cause subs are fresher better made Also this one only open til 9pm every day

  Same lady worked there for years, she might not be loveable or anything, but they have fresh food every time and they KNOW how to make the subs. I don't go there for the service, but the food is certainly awesome for a sub shop. Sometimes when you know the food will rock, you don't care about the service as much. I have never had a bad experience there but i could see where she might not be as warm and fuzzy as the big corprate world makes their teams be. Best tubby's subs out of any tubby's PERIOD. Its also the original one and I've been going there for over 25 years!

  Just chiming in on rude lady comments.. I rated the food as poor because i didn't actually get that far. I just called to place an order, and the manager (woman) hung up on me after sighing when i asked for total.

  I could not agree more with the "don't usually do this" comment below mine. Personally, I have never done this either, but I have to say the woman that works in there is as rude as I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant. I thought I might have been the only one who thought this I am so happy I'm not alone inspired me to leave a review of my own.
  
  I have been going there for a long time because it's the closest location to my house and each and every time I leave there feeling bad I gave my money without kissing her feet afterwards for her service because you sense this is exactly what she expects out of you. I'm driving a little farther to a different location next time. Also, got my order wrong once on a two sub order
