  Asked multiple times how long a delivery would be and jumped to say 40-50 minutes long. When I asked they hung up immediately on me. Most disrespectful service I have talked to in a long time. They do not understand norms or how to talk and respectfully talk to a customer. I had to call back to wonder what order I was and they tried to not tell me what order number I was when I am a paying customer. Eventually I found that I am the only order and it would take an hour long to deliver one order. I would definitely recommend to not come to this establishment. Again worst service I’ve ever experienced and does not understand how to talk to a paying customer respectfully. They do not train how to treat customers correctly.

  Tryyaki was very good. I ordered the teriyaki chicken combo. It was very delicious and the portioning was plentiful.

  Tryyaki is very good. Beef lo mein is number 1. Delivery is super fast! My first time today. They have customer for life.

  Decent quantity, but severely lacking in taste. Fried rice was shamefully bad. Orange chicken has no flavor at all.

  The majority of comments agree- a reputation for rude/bad service, but good to decent food. The only reason I order delivery here- there is a higher chance the food will be good than any other chinese delivery in Lawrence. The owners could care less how they or their employees treat their customers. Unfortunate the only good delivery chinese (sometimes) in Lawrence lacks any understanding on how to treat people decently.

  Good Chinese food and great price! You get a lot for what you pay for. Has a wide variety of option between chicken, beef, etc. They also have sushi options. Much like any other Chinese restaurant, but faster. The drive-thru only set up is perfect. I've never had to wait too long, orders always took around 5 minutes. I ordered Orange chicken with fried rice. Came with a side of salad, crab rangoon. and drink. All for about $7. A+ +, 10/10.

  Great customer service, food is delicious, delivery is always on time. I been ordering here for 5+ years and they never disappoint. Tryyaki is my favorite place to go, not to mention their portion sizes, it's hugeeeeeeeeeee! If I could rate 10 stars I would!!

  The food is decent but the service is awful! They are very very rude! They were typing my card number in right yelling at me to read faster once they already got it wrong and then questioned me if I even had the money! Obviously or I wouldn't be ordering then I asked to please cancel my order because I was over the situation and they just hung up. Never again will I order from them.

  Treyaki food used to be on point! The best fast food chinese spot in town. Their crab rangoon and mongolian beef were the absolute best!! I literally ate here 2x a week. Now they have started using cheaper ingredients and serving less food but I still like it, just a little less. Customer service is good too. I don't know why they offer those over dressed (way too much ranch dressing) salads as a side dish though. I always throw them away.

  Sub-Par food with even worse service. Terrible communication and language barriers. Rude, and inconsiderate. If you want service that's just as bad as the food, sushi that's so old it'll make you sick or stringy chicken then this is your place. I always hope it'll be better every time I order, but it never is. If I could give less stars I would.

  This place is quite good and tasty. The value is definitely there. It is hard to find similar prices anywhere in Lawrence that offer the same amount of quantity and quality. Definitely better than the Panda chains. They are also really fast at delivering too!

  This is a very convenient Chinese restaurants, especially in the college town. It is popular with college students, like me. The food has large quantities and is also very fresh, the price is cheap and delivery quickly.
