We went on a 3 day trip to the channel islands. The food was great. We did a couple of beautiful island hikes on San Miguel and Santa Rosa and then went kayaking around the caves and arches on Santa Cruz. The captain and the volunteer ranger from the park service had great tips on where to go. Saw some beautiful eagles and playful seals; pretty much everybody else saw foxes, but I never managed to glimpse one. Was a wonderful, relaxing trip. Recommend you bring a couple of bottles of wine to enjoy with dinner.

Truth Aquatics are the premiere dive boats for Channel Island diving that there is! With the boats Vision, Conception and the smaller Truth , The quality is far beyond other dive boats of the same type. Their boats are top quality and in well maintained condition. With a friendly,knowledgeable staff you can't go wrong with Truth Aquatics. The food that's served on board is excellent and the captains will put you on the best dive spots whether your dive is about hunting lobsters and scallops or underwater photography.

For several years now I have fully enjoyed the diving experience that Truth Aquatics provides.
I have never had an unpleasant experience. In fact, quite the opposite. Everything has always been top drawer.
1. Customer service at their front desk / reservations
2. The absolute cleanliness, comfort well maintained and reliable fleet
3. The crews that provide unfailing OUTSTANDING service
a. The Captains always have lead the way in professionalism and friendliness
b. The deckhands; although these young men, with the many quick turns of dropping a bunch of vacationer divers off and picking up a new bunch of divers and heading right back out again, work very hard and long hours, they always seem to keep a very positive attitude. No doubt, this speaks to the leadership within Truth Aquatics it self. These OUTSTANDING professionals along with the galley crew (more about these professionals later) not only display a great respect to the individual customers but, with the safety training Truth Aquatics provides all their crew members, delivers a very safe diving experience.
c. The galley crew; although like the deckhands with the many quick turns in and back out of port, they always provide one of the most important parts of a wonderful experience - absolutely excellent food. I honestly can't say enough about their skills in coming up with some of the most exquisite meals and I'm not kidding, the food you receive on these dive trips is absolutely off the hook excellent.
- But the galley crew, like the deckhands, also are part of the dive boat's emergency response team. This crew also keep up on safety responses and procedures.
Although I fully embrace the responsibility I have for my own safety within diving, it truly helps me to feel so much better knowing that while diving with Truth Aquatics, I have an entire crew (captain, deckhands and galley crew) that are always professionally vigilant and prepared to respond.
Bottom line - you will absolutely, thoroughly enjoy your diving experience with Truth Aquatics. You've got to give them a try to fully understand what I'm talking about.response / report this review -

This is dive charter boat, and I asked one thing to a crew! Fill up my back-up tank. He said he will. I thought he did, but he did not!

We took the 2 day dive boat tour. It was excellent in every regard. Beautiful sites, great crew, excellent food. Loved every bit of it.

Went on a two night scuba trip aboard the Truth. The boat was impeccably clean, the staff was helpful and fun, and Captain Davy was great and found us fantastic diving despite strong winds. And, the food was great!

I went on the Conception for a one day lobster hunting and spear fishing trip and had a blast. The staff were fun, friendly and helpful. There's cooked food was delicious and there are always snacks to eat between meals.
